TWO M Construct is a Sydney based residential building company with a focus on high-end new homes and major renovations, delivered in collaboration with architects.

We work through the architect's documentation before anything is priced, raise buildability questions early, and walk the site with the trades so the detail on the page is the detail that gets built. Most of our work comes through architects who have built with us before and bring us back.

Costs are kept clear from the first conversation. Clients receive regular budget reports through the build and can see where the money is going at every stage, so decisions are made with the full picture in front of them and there are no surprises at the end.

The company is led by brothers Max and Bronson Mannix, who personally handle every aspect of every project from tender through to handover. Max leads construction and Bronson manages the site, so each build is run by the same two people from start to finish.

By taking on a limited number of projects at any one time, the brothers keep close control of quality, programme and budget, and stay accountable for the result on every job.

We build alongside the architects who design our clients' homes. Recent and current projects have been delivered with SBD Studio, Jajo & Co Design Studio, Ettie Tom and Hampton Architecture. We work closely with each practice through the build, maintaining a clear and cohesive process that supports the relationship between our team, the architect, and the client. Across our projects we also work with trusted suppliers including James Hardie and Velux.

TWO M Construct holds NSW Builders Licence No. 364179C and is a member of the Master Builders Association. Every project is covered by icare Home Building Compensation (home warranty insurance) and public liability insurance.
